I had some ups and downs during my stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Columbus West/Hilliard. The hotel had some cleanliness issues, especially in the rooms and common areas, which really impacted my experience. On the plus side, the staff was friendly and responsive to my concerns, showing genuine care for guests. However, the noise levels were quite high, making it difficult for me to relax after a long day.

The first room I checked into had HVAC issues and wasn’t properly cleaned, making for a disappointing start. The second room had problems with housekeeping too, with half-made beds and stained towels. Light seeped in from under the door and noise from the hallway made sleeping hard.
